These terms govern use of Engazy, the WhatsApp messaging platform operated by Insights Mafia. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
A dashboard and API for sending and receiving WhatsApp messages through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform: inbox, contacts, templates, campaigns and automations.
Your responsibilities
- Follow the WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta's Commerce Policy.
- Message only people who have opted in to hear from your business, and honour opt-outs.
- Do not send spam, illegal content, or use purchased or scraped contact lists.
- Keep your login and API keys secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Pay Meta's WhatsApp messaging charges for your WhatsApp Business Account.
Suspension
We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the platform or WhatsApp numbers at risk.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running but provide it "as is". Message delivery depends on Meta and WhatsApp. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for Meta restricting a WhatsApp account.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
